The French Language Connection offers only private and semi-private lessons at prices competitive with those of local language schools. Our personal approach offers excellent flexibility as you only pay for classes you are attending. You'll never have to miss a lesson because you were traveling or sick, and you'll never have to attend a lesson you didn't have time to prepare for. You will not have to play catch-up to the rest of the class because you were absent or because you have not mastered what others in the class have already learned. You know the situation: you signed-up for the beginners’ class but several students have already had some French before, and the teacher follows their pace.

The French Language Connection will not ask you to stick with a method that does not seem to work for you. Whether you have one hour a week or several to spend studying French, we will find the method that works for you. You will not have to switch teachers after a couple of months and start again with someone new who does not know you or your needs. If you are a fast learner or have a lot of time to spend on homework, you will not have to be slowed down by other students.

The location of your meeting with the teacher and the amount of time you spend with her will be convenient and comfortable. You will never have to drive through a snow storm to get to your French class. Our prices are very competitive with the other language schools and teachers in the Twin Cities area. While some French classes may seem less expensive, they often are not because you may be made to learn in a large group and will therefore move more slowly and less efficiently. You learn a language through communication, and by taking our private and semi-private lessons you will have an extensive opportunity to communicate in French. You do not want to spend ten years of your life learning French. Although we cannot promise you to make you fluent in a matter of weeks, we pride ourselves in teaching in the most efficient and effective way.

Children's Lessons:
Françoise also has extensive experience teaching children of all ages in after school programs in the Twin Cities and also in private lessons. From kindergarten to high school she has helped children learn French in a fun way with games, songs, a wide variety of hands on activities.
